Experimental Study on Liquid Sloshing of a Vane-type Surface Tension Tank for Satellite

چکیده
This study conducts experimental research on the liquid sloshing performance of a vane-type tank used in high orbit satellites. The tests without propellant management device (PMD) were developed under different liquid-filling ratios. Liquid with PMD performed directions and test results agree considerably theoretical results, indicating system’s reliability. A linear relationship was observed between frequency ratio vertical installation when gas–liquid interface hemisphere. remains unchanged is cylindrical section. inverted conical accumulator structure can increase damping tank. mass direction less than that horizontal direction. will guide design spacecraft structures control systems.
